• <br /> Section 21: HEARINGS ON REGULATORY ORDERS: <br /> A. The person to whom the order is directed may request review to the Shore- <br /> line Hearings Board within thirty days after being served. The require- <br /> ments of RCW 90.58.180(1) and WAC 461-08 shall apply to all said requests <br /> for review, provided, however, that there shall be no requirement for <br /> such request to be filed with and certified by the Department of Ecology <br /> and the Attorney General. <br /> B. All hearings held pursuant to this provision and judicial review thereof <br /> shall be in accordance with the rules establishing the Shoreline Hearings <br /> Board contained in RCW 90.50 and WAC 461-08. <br /> Section 22: COURT ACTION: <br /> City shall bring such injunctive, declaratory, or other actions as are necessary <br /> to insure compliance with this chapter (RCW 92.58.210). <br /> Section 23: GENERAL PENALTY: <br /> Individuals found to be in violation of this chapter shall be subject to fine or <br /> imprisonment per RCW 90.58.220. <br /> Section 24: VIOLATORS LIABLE: <br /> Any person who violates this chapter shall be subject to damages per <br /> RCW 90.58.230. <br /> Section 25: SEVERABILITY: <br /> The provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable. If any <br /> word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part in or of this Ordi- <br /> nance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is declared <br /> invalid, the remaining provisions and the application of such provisions to other <br /> persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby, but shall remain in <br /> full force and effect, the Mayor and City Council hereby declaring that they <br /> would have ordained the remaining provisions of this Ordinance without the <br /> word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part, or the application <br /> thereof, so held invalid. <br /> -12- <br />
