Added Services or Studies <br /> The following additional services or studies, which will require significant staff resources or additional funding, are included in the <br /> Metro Everett Plan. <br /> Project Budget Notes <br /> Surplus city (transit) property at Everett Station. <br /> • This would be a positive cash flow for transit, <br /> • There is consideration to surplusing the city's parking while adding new activity of housing and <br /> lot across from Everett Station (parking could be <br /> commerce in Everett Station <br /> retained in new structure) <br /> • Estimated cost: <br /> • Staff would need to complete an updated appraisal, <br /> solicit proposals, and manage the disposition o Staff hours: 120 <br /> Farmer's Market at Everett Station • City staff will be involved in setting up street <br /> • A new Farmer's Market is planned to open in 2018 closures and coordinating the market with <br /> along 32nd Street in Everett Station other activities at Everett Station. <br /> • The market will be run by the Everett Farmer's • Estimated cost: <br /> Market o Staff hours (annually): 200 <br /> • The plan provides reduced parking for most <br /> activities in Metro Everett <br /> Coordinate with, and/or expand, existing Commute Trip <br /> • As a condition of that reduced parking, plans to <br /> Reduction and Transportation Demand Management show how the new development will reduce <br /> program demand will need to be submitted. These plans <br /> will need to be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> • Estimated cost: <br /> o Staff hours (annually): '/4 FTE <br /> • Most wayfinding plans are developed by <br /> consultants with graphic and other expertise <br /> Develop a wayfinding plan for Metro Everett • Implementation of the plan would include signs, <br /> • A plan for improved signage for pedestrians, bikes and posts and maintenance <br /> vehicles to find their way through Metro Everett • Estimated cost: <br /> o Consultant: $75,000 <br /> o Installation: TBD <br /> Appendix A,Implementation 9 August 29,2018 <br />
