Bicycle Plans <br /> Everett adopted a Bicycle Master Plan in 2011. The goal of the plan is to increase bicycle <br /> ri.ccawxn014 <br /> mode share by developing facilities and programmatic support that encourage more people <br /> to use their bicycle for more practical trips (work, store, restaurants, etc.). <br /> The Bicycle Master Plan includes proposed facilities in two categories: I) connections „ I a t ,a u i <br /> w.ar.s n.ru.+r ' UMw�rna� <br /> between existing facilities and 2) proposed facility additions.
