Specify safety glass at hazardous locations as defined in Section R308.4 IRC. Show on <br /> plans. <br /> 9. Provide section at living room/deck showing how existing structure is supported to the <br /> foundation and that it is capable of supporting the additional weight of this proposed <br /> deck. (Also show in plan view how main floor is supported.) <br /> 10. Post/beam and post/footing connections call out an"EPC66" and"ABA66",respectively, <br /> but a 4x4 post is specified. Please correct. <br /> 11. Provide complete legal description on site plan and include all proposed"deck structures" <br /> in lot coverage. <br /> 12. The proposed deck on the site plan is considerably smaller than the proposed deck in the <br /> construction plans.
