1. Not having va/id vehicle license and tabs; or <br /> 2. Damaged to such extent as to render it illegal for operation on <br /> any public highway, including but not limited to any of the <br /> following: broken head or taillights, broken or missing mirrors, <br /> cracked or missing window or windshield, deflated tires, missing <br /> seats or steering wheel, or other general conditions that would <br /> render a vehicle incapable of being driven on a public highway. <br /> CONCLUSIONS BASED ON FACTS <br /> 1. The Respondent has engaged in construction activity or caused to have been <br /> constructed,framing and siding and electrical work at 5929 Dexter Avenue, <br /> Everett,WA. This work was conducted without the issuance of the required <br /> permits. <br /> 2. The Respondent has allowed an accumulation of junk,garbage, automotive parts <br /> and discarded household items,to accumulate in plain view in the rear yard of the <br /> residence. <br /> 3. The Respondent has an unlicensed black Chevrolet sedan,to remain parked in the <br /> front driveway of the Property. The vehicle has no license plates, and is incapable <br /> of running and inoperable. <br /> ORDER <br /> 1. The current Stop Work Order that has been posted by the Building Services <br /> Department at 5929 Dexter Avenue, Everett, WA, shall remain posted and in <br /> effect,until such time as it is withdrawn by an authorized staff member from the <br /> Building Services Department. <br /> 2. No construction activity of any kind is to take place until such time that all of the <br /> necessary and required permits to conduct such work have been issued. <br /> 3. The Respondent shall apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required <br /> permits to conduct any and all construction activity at the property.The <br /> Respondent shall have this work inspected and approved by staff from the <br /> Building Services Department by January 14,2011. <br /> 4. The Respondent(s) shall be fined the sum of$500.00 per violation for a total of <br /> $1,500.00. $1,000.00 of this fine shall be suspended upon the successful <br /> completion of items #1-3 above. The$500.00 balance of the fine shall <br /> be paid to the Everett City Clerk's Office, located at 2930 Wetmore Avenue, <br />
