If the Respondent is eligible to enter into an agreed order with the city, and signs <br /> the agreed order, the Respondent is no longer required to appear at the hearing set <br /> forth in Paragraph 6. Hearing examiner <br /> Following the hearing, the Violations Hearing Examiner may issue an order against <br /> the Respondent, even if he/she does not attend the hearing.
