E Dead, decayed, diseased, noxious or hazardous trees or vegetation, or any <br /> vegetation (not including vegetation located in flower beds) taller than forty-two <br /> inches high or grass taller than twelve inches in height; <br /> G. Vehicle parts or other articles of personal property which are discarded or left in a <br /> state of partial construction or repair; <br /> 5. Corrective Action, Deadline <br /> If the Respondent completes the following corrective action by the date listed below, <br /> and is not a repeat violator, the respondent may enter into an agreed order as <br /> described in Section 7 below. <br /> a. The Respondent shall return the occupancy and use of the structure to that of a <br /> single-family residence. <br /> b. Contact the City of Everett Planning Department to obtain information regarding <br /> permitted and prohibited uses of the structure. <br /> c. Apply for and obtain all of the necessary and required permits to bring the <br /> structure into compliance with the Everett Municipal Code. <br /> d. Remove and properly dispose of items that were discarded and visible on the <br /> property. <br /> e. Work to bring the structure and property into compliance must be completed by <br /> May 31, 2016. Completion of the work includes obtaining and passing any final <br /> inspections lawfully required by the City of Everett Building Official. <br /> f. Permits may be applied for at the Permit Center 3200 Cedar Street. <br /> 6.
