General practice does not result in any search <br /> results record being created outside of the Code Officer's notes which were provided as part of the violation <br /> file. <br /> 9. The search of the Assessor's records was made on 4/6/16 and was <br /> already provided as a part of the violation file. <br /> 11. Please list all factors you considered in determining whether to issue a "Notice to Comply" as opposed to a <br /> "Violation Citation." Pursuant to 1.20.010 code officers may issue a violation citation based upon a <br /> reasonable belief that a code violation enforced pursuant to 1.20 exists at the time of the <br /> inspection.
