5 <br /> maintain or allow to be maintained on the property outside of a fully enclosed <br /> structure such as a shed, dwelling, or closeable garage, any of the following <br /> conditions visible from any street, alley, or other public or private property: <br /> (E) Dead, decayed, diseased, noxious or hazardous trees or vegetation, or any <br /> vegetation (not including vegetation located in flower beds) taller than forty- <br /> two inches high or grass taller than twelve inches in height; <br /> 18. The Respondent has abated the violations related to chapter 8.20 EMC by <br /> removing and properly disposing of all discarded items and overgrown vegetation <br /> on the property. The Respondent has made significant progress in abating <br /> violations relating to the structure on the property including obtaining permits. <br /> 19. Respondent agrees to complete the work that is necessary to abate the code <br /> violations related to the structure within 180 days of the issuance of the building <br /> permits or by May 8, 2017,whichever is later. <br /> 20. The Respondent has read and understands the Stipulation and Order, has been <br /> given an opportunity to have the documents reviewed by an attorney, and enter into <br /> this Stipulation voluntarily. <br /> 21.
