6 <br /> ORDER <br /> Having reviewed the foregoing Stipulation and papers on file in this matter, the Hearing <br /> Examiner adopts the stipulated facts as findings, concludes that the violation stated in <br /> the notice of violation did occur and has been abated, and <br /> DOES HEREBY ORDER: <br /> 1. The Respondent was in violation of IPMC 106.1, IRC R105.1 and EMC <br /> 8.20.020(A)(D)(E)(G). The Respondent has abated the violations related to chapter <br /> 8.20 EMC by removing and properly disposing of all discarded items and overgrown <br /> vegetation on the property. The Respondent has made significant progress in <br /> abating violations relating to the structure on the property including obtaining <br /> permits. <br /> 2. The Respondent shall conduct and complete all of the work required by the permits <br /> and have the work inspected and approved by the City of Everett Building Division <br /> within 180 days from the date of the issued permits or by May 8, 2017,whichever is <br /> later, If the Respondent fails to comply with this section the City may, by written <br /> motion, request the Examiner enter a penalty amount no greater than $1000.00. <br /> 3, This written Order shall be controlling over any conflicts with oral Orders issued at <br /> the Public Hearing. <br /> Violation of this Order is a misdemeanor offense EMC §1.20.080. <br /> Entered this 15th day of December, 2016. <br /> � I <br /> tillage/Odi <br /> mes M.
