<br /> 4.1 Project Execution and methodology
<br /> Typically, the first step of the project is to build a replica of the customer system data on GTI sever. The
<br /> first weeks of the project are going to be used to gather all customer info, violation code, ticket layout,
<br /> interface specifications and specific features. All these elements are going to be discussed and agreed at
<br /> the weekly meetings.
<br /> Once the image of the server is built, GTI will install the mobile application and customer may access GTI
<br /> server from their devices. In a similar way, the final configuration of the mobile device will be discussed
<br /> and approved at weekly meetings.
<br /> GTI will install on the production environment and all critical elements such as security, communications
<br /> and interface can be tuned and configured accurately in their final stage. After the GO LIVE, and if the
<br /> customer agrees, Gtechna will replicate this production environment in a test environment to be used for
<br /> testing future changes.
<br /> 4.2 Proposed Project Plan
