gtechna <br /> 3.4 Change Management <br /> GTI has implemented a project management control system to manage and track any changes and their <br /> associated costs of the agreed project scope and may impact any deliverable, system or project plan. <br /> Process <br /> Where a change is identified or required, the customer shall provide a request in writing and follow the <br /> next steps; <br /> 1. Identify, propose or request a necessary change to address changes to scope or schedule <br /> 2. GTI will require that the proposed change be a written submittal using a Change Control Form - <br /> Appendix D. <br /> 3. GTI will evaluate the change with respect to project impacts, scope, and schedule <br /> 4. GTI will respond with the estimate costs and schedule impact <br /> 5. The customer will approve/reject the change <br /> 6. GTI incorporate approved changes into project baseline planning documentation <br /> 3.5 Issue Management <br /> The purpose is to track all issues, questions, concerns and problems arising from any meetings to ensure <br /> their timely resolution. <br /> Problems/Issues will be identified and reported monitored and controlled, actioned and resolved via the <br /> Project Issues Register, maintained by the Project Manager (Appendix E). This will record all key <br /> dependencies and issues, which may potentially impact the successful completion of the project. The <br /> Project Manager will escalate issues/ problems where appropriate. <br /> 3.6 Escalation Procedures <br /> Action points not progressed by the agreed completion date and which have a time or cost impact on the <br /> project, will automatically be escalated through the project hierarchy.
