I will attached the photos soon. <br /> Don <br /> An inspection of the property on April 10, 2018, revealed the structures electrical system, plumbing system, <br /> and use have been altered without required permits and approvals. City records reveal a building permit <br /> B0709-029 was issued in 2007 to create two apartments on the upper level and office space on the ground <br /> level. <br /> The recent inspection revealed the ground level has been converted to a rooming house use, with 5 bedrooms <br /> rented to individuals and the installation of an unpermitted kitchen shared by the tenants. The structure does <br /> contain a sprinkler system but none of the 5 bedrooms, labeled units #1 - #5, have emergency egress <br /> openings. Only one room contained a smoke alarm. An elevated loft (sleeping area) had also be constructed <br /> Room #3 occupied by a couple and their child. A new bathroom was constructed near the kitchen and new <br /> wiring was installed throughout the ground level, the wiring contained in metal conduit mounted on the walls <br /> and ceiling.
