5. Provide 3 copies of site plan with all information from the City of Everett Residential <br /> Submittal Checklist. The site plan is required to be legible with all dimensions clearly <br /> shown. The checklist is available on-line at; <br /> https://everettwa.gov/DocumentCenter/View/117 <br /> 6. Specify connection of beam hanger into existing structure, show what hanger is <br /> attached to. See #4 above. (Unable to find a Simpson HCU48 hanger in the Simpson <br /> catalog.) <br /> 7. Footings shall rest on undisturbed soil not less than 12" below the finished grade. The <br /> plans appear to show three different types of footings. Please clarify which footing is <br /> used at each location and how deep the footing is below the finished grade. <br /> 8. Provide stair details. Show rise and run, handrail size and placement (with ends <br /> returned), stringer size and quantity. Intermediate balusters shall be spaced such that a <br /> 4 inch sphere cannot pass through the guardrail.
