Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required submittals <br /> must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be <br /> constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for <br /> revisions. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Public Works, <br /> Utilities, Planning, or Fire). <br /> All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to replace revisions into the two review <br /> sets here at our offices. For significant revisions, please provide two full replacement sets. If <br /> the revisions are coming directly from the blue-printer, please make arrangements with them to <br /> print two replacement sets. <br /> General <br /> ,/ 1. The method of compliance with the IEBC should be identified in the code analysis, to <br /> include whether it is prescriptive, work area, or performance compliance. For the <br /> purpose of this plan review, I will assume work area method for the addition. <br /> Occupancy <br /> v 1. Please summarize total occupant load count (by occupancy and floor area) in the <br /> addition, per IBC table 1004.1.2. <br /> 2. Please clarify if the building is separated or non-separated use, and clarify if the <br /> alterations are a portion or all of the tenant space. <br /> 3. The drawings should indicate specific signage at the main entrance door and the exit <br /> doors to indicate that these doors will be open during business hours, per IBC section <br /> 1010.1.9.3, item 2.2. <br /> a. The door schedule should indicate that any locking devices on these doors are <br /> readily distinguishable as being locked. <br /> Construction <br /> 1.
