Where it is technically infeasible to modify existing toilet rooms to be accessible, <br /> accessible family or assisted use toilet should be shown on the plans per IBC Section <br /> 1109.2.1, as per Level 1 alterations IEBC Section 705.1.9 as amended by the State of <br /> Washington. <br /> 2.
