If you have questions or would like to discuss the corrections letter prior to submitting a new revision, please contact me directly. In order for the processing of your application to continue, please mail or deliver two printed sets of revisions, with a response letter including the permit number, the name of the plan reviewer, and how the comments below have been resolved on the drawings. Please cloud and triangle (delta) areas of revisions on the drawings, and add a triangle for the overall revision to the title block with the revision date. All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to replace revisions into the two review sets here at our offices. For significant revisions, please provide two full replacement sets. If the revisions are coming directly by mail or from the blue- printer, please make arrangements to print two complete replacement sets. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for revisions. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Public Works, Utilities, Planning, or Fire). General 1. Please include all applicable codes on the cover sheet, which are listed on the City of Everett Tenant Improvement checklist. RECHECK COMMENT: The drawings should indicate specific signage at the main entrance door and the exit doors to indicate that these doors will be open during business hours, per IBC section 1010.1.9.3, item 2.2. Construction 1. RECHECK COMMENT: Please include furniture, built-in counters, and new sinks in the tenant improvement area to demonstrate intended use. Accessibility 1.
