If you have <br /> questions or would like to discuss the corrections letter prior to submitting a new revision, <br /> please contact me directly. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, please mail or deliver two printed <br /> sets of revisions, with a response letter including the permit number, the name of the plan <br /> reviewer, and how the comments below have been resolved on the drawings. Please cloud and <br /> triangle (delta) areas of revisions on the drawings, and add a triangle for the overall revision to <br /> the title block with the revision date. All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to <br /> replace revisions into the two review sets here at our offices. For significant revisions, please <br /> provide two full replacement sets. If the revisions are coming directly by mail or from the blue- <br /> printer, please make arrangements to print two complete replacement sets. <br /> All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br /> structures will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings <br /> submitted for revisions. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Public Works, <br /> Utilities, Planning, or Fire). <br /> General <br /> 1. Please include all applicable codes on the cover sheet, which are listed on the City of <br /> Everett Tenant Improvement checklist. <br /> The following comments were from the first corrections letter: <br /> Occupancy <br /> 1. RECHECK COMMENT: The drawings should indicate specific signage at the main <br /> entrance door and the exit doors to indicate that these doors will be open during <br /> business hours, per IBC section 1010.1.9.3, item 2.2. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. RECHECK COMMENT: Please include furniture, built-in counters, and new sinks in the <br /> tenant improvement area to demonstrate intended use. <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1.
