The variance is granted subject to <br /> the conditions listed herein. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Joseph H awkey (Applicant) requested approval of a variance that would allow an <br /> accessory structure over 1,000 square feet to be located between the principal building <br /> on the property at 238 Highland Road, Everett; Washington (subject property) and <br /> Highland Road. <br /> A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on <br /> July 28, 2016.
