u. The word "System" means the existing sanitary sewage collection and treatment system of the City, including facilities for the collection and disposal of storm water runoff, as it now exists and as it may later be added to, extended and improved, and the existing water supply and distribution system of the City, including the interest of the City in the water supply facilities constructed by P.U.D. No. 1 of Snohomish County pursuant to the Sultan River Project Agreement, as it now exists and as it may later be added to, extended and improved, for as long as the Bonds remain outstanding. v. The words "Term Bonds" mean any Parity Bonds identified as such in the ordinance authorizing the issuance thereof, the payment of which is provided for by a requirement for mandatory deposits of money into a "sinking fund account" in the Revenue Bond Fund. w. The words "Warrant Fund" mean the Water and Sewer Revenue Warrant Fund (#224) , created by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 536-79 . Section 2. Plan of Additions to the System. The following plan for the acquisition, construction and installation of addi- tions and betterments to the sanitary sewer facilities of the System is hereby specified and adopted, to with: A. The City shall acquire, construct and install the new Southwest Intercepter sewer line. B. The City shall acquire, construct and install the new Southend Intercepter sewer line. C. The City shall replace the Snohomish River Syphon and shall acquire, construct and install four new lift sta- tions in the Riverside area. The City shall acquire, construct and install the various parts of the plan described in this Section in such order and at such time or times as found to be necessary and advisable and shall provide all equipment, connections and appurtenances -5-
