• <br /> revenue bonds of the City issued under dates of April 1, 1963 <br /> (the "1963 Water Bonds" ) , December 1, 1965 (the "1965 Water <br /> Bonds" ) , September 1, 1960 (the "1960 Sewer Bonds") , July 1, 1963 <br /> (the "1963 Sewer Bonds") , and May 1, 1969 (the "1969 Sewer Bonds") , <br /> as described on pages 1-4 of Ordinance No. 536-78 . <br /> The words "Revenue Bond Fund" mean the 1978 City of <br /> Everett Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Fund created in the office <br /> of the Treasurer of the City by Section 7 of Ordinance No. 536- <br /> 78. <br /> r. The words "Revenue Fund" mean the Water and Sewer <br /> Revenue Fund of the City created by Section 6 of Ordinance No. <br /> 536-78 of the City. <br /> s. The words "Revenue of the System" mean all earnings , <br /> revenue and moneys received by the City from or on account of the <br /> operation of the System, including the income from investments of <br /> money in the Water and Sewer Revenue Fund and the Revenue Bond <br /> Fund or from any other investment thereof except the income from <br /> investments irrevocably pledged to the payment of the Refunded <br /> Bonds or any other water and sewer revenue bonds pursuant to a <br /> plan of retirement or refunding. The words "Revenue of the <br /> System" shall also include any federal or state reimbursements of <br /> operating expenses to the extent such expenses are included as <br /> "Maintenance and Operation Costs of the System. " <br /> t. The words "Sultan River Project Agreement" mean the <br /> agreement dated July 21, 1961 by and between the City and Public <br /> Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County, Washington, providing <br /> for the construction of and payment for a combined water supply <br /> and hydro-electric facility in the Sultan River basin. <br /> -4- <br />
