• <br /> Y <br /> 1 B. Property which can be served by an approved septic tank <br /> system or other sewage treatment system which does not discharge into <br /> 2 the City of Everett sewer system. "Approved system" means any system <br /> approved by the Snohomish Health District. <br /> 3 <br /> C. Additions or remodeling of existing dwelling units or <br /> 4 commercial structures already connected to the City of Everett sewer <br /> system the effect of which will not increase the total number of dwelling <br /> 5 units or the present sewage being discharged into the sanitary sewer <br /> system. <br /> 6 <br /> D. Buildings for which completed applications for building <br /> 7 permit or sewer connection permits were filed with the City of Everett, <br /> Snohomish County or special service districts contracting with the City <br /> 8 prior to the close of business on the date this ordinance becomes valid. <br /> 9 E.
