Any person, who, as the operator of a motor vehicle, strikes a domestic <br /> animal shall stop at once and render such assistance as may be possible and <br /> 2 shall immediately report such injury or death to the animal's owner; in the <br /> event the owner cannot be ascertained and located such operator shall at <br /> 3 once report the accident to the Everett Animal Control or the Everett <br /> Police Department. <br /> 4 <br /> E. No person shall lay out or expose any kind of poison or leave exposed any <br /> 5 poisoned food or drink for man, animal or fowl, or any substance or fluid <br /> whatever whereon or wherein there is or shall be deposited or mingled, any <br /> 6 kind of poison or poisonous or deadly substance or fluid whatsoever, on the <br /> premises of another, or in any unenclosed place, or to aid or abet any person <br /> 7 in so doing. <br /> 8 F. No performing animal exhibition or circus shall be permitted in which <br /> animals are induced or encouraged to perform through the use of chemical, <br /> 9 mechanical, electrical, or manual devices in a manner which will cause, or is <br /> likely to cause, physical injury or suffering. <br /> 10 <br /> G. Any person who finds and harbors a dog or cat, without knowing the animal <br /> 11 owner's identity shall notify the Director of Animal Control and furnish a <br /> description of the animal. The finder may surrender the animal to the <br /> 12 Director or retain its possession, subject to demand of the Director, <br /> Records of reported findings shall be retained by the Director and made _ <br /> 13 available to public inspection. <br /> 14 Any finder, in addition to reporting as provided herein, shall, within 15 days <br /> of the finding, cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation <br /> 15 once each week for two consecutive weeks, notice of the finding with a <br /> description of the animal.
