Pursuant to the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973, and <br /> as may be amended, hereinafter referred to as "CETA", the Mayor is <br /> 3 hereby authorized to hire such employees in accordance with the terms of <br /> the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act and such agreements as <br /> 4 the Mayor, pursuant to his prior authorization to contract for employees <br /> under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act may enter. <br /> 5 <br /> All CETA employees shall be paid in accordance with the above salary <br /> 6 schedule and their job title shall be prefaced by the symbol CETA. <br /> 7 Section 12: <br /> 8 A.
