• <br /> • 4 • • . • <br /> 1 Section 7: The costs and expenses of such improvement shall be <br /> defrayed by special assessment payable in ten (10) equal installments with <br /> 2 interest, under the mode of payment by bonds or installment notes as <br /> provided by law and the ordinances of the City of Everett. Bonds or <br /> 3 installment notes bearing interest payable on or before twelve (12) years <br /> from date of issue shall be issued in payment of the costs and expenses of <br /> 4 such improvement or the City of Everett may, at its election, sell said <br /> bonds or installment notes and make payments in cash in the manner <br /> 5 provided by ordinance of said City. <br /> 6 <br /> Section 2: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement <br /> 7 <br /> District No. 700 for the improvement of the 500 Block between Colby Avenue and <br /> 8 <br /> Wetmore Avenue by the construction of a paved alley way, storm drainage <br /> 9 <br /> improvements, and doing all such other work necessary in connection therewith all in <br /> 10 <br /> accordance with Ordinance No. 527-78 of the City of Everett as same now stands, be, <br /> 11 <br /> and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> 12 <br /> Section 3: That each of the lots, tracts, and parcels of land as shown by said <br /> 13 roll is hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the <br /> 14 <br /> amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against <br /> 15 said lot, tract, and parcel of land or other property appearing on said roll, in the amount <br /> 16 finally charged against the same. <br /> 17 Section 4: That the �, day <br /> r <br /> of %u- �;��tr���:G� 1943, is <br /> 18 hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the installment note required on account of <br /> 19 such improvement. <br /> 20 Section 5: That the sum charged against each lot, tract, and parcel of land <br /> 21 and other proertY� or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period <br /> 22 following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been <br /> 23 placed in his hands for collection. <br /> 24 Section 6: That the City of Everett may sell said installment notes and make <br /> 25 payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said City. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 - <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br />
