v. 1 Lots 12, 13, 17, 18 and 19, Block 4 Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 5 2 Lots 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 6 Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, Block 7 3 Plat of Beverly Hills Division, No. 1 according to the plat thereof 4 recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 76, records of Snohomish County, Washington, and 5 Lots 82 through 89 inclusive, Plat of First Addition to Beverly Park, 6 according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, page 64, records of Snohomish County, Washington. 7 8 Improved property within the above described area which has been connected to the 9 Everett water system prior to July 5, 1978, shall not be charged the said connection 10 surcharge rate; provided, that in the event that improved property in the aforedescribed 11 area is zoned to allow duplexes or other multiple family improvements (R-2 or above) 12 and which property has not connected a duplex or other multiple family improvements 13 to the Everett water system (prior to July 5, 1978) such property shall be charged the 14 aforementioned connection surcharge as if the property were unimproved. 15 Section 2: Such charge shall be a cost of construction surcharge and shall be 16 in addition to all other charges relating to connection of the aforedescribed property to 17 the Everett water system.
