j <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the City of Everett retain a 20-foot easement to construct, operate, <br /> maintain, repair and replace all public utilities under, over and across the <br /> following described easement being 10 feet on each side of the following <br /> described centerline: <br /> Beginning at an intersection with the South right-of-way <br /> margin of 17th Street and the Westerly right-of-way margin <br /> of East Grand Avenue; thence Northerly along the Westerly <br /> margin of said East Grand Avenue to a point that is 17.0 feet <br /> more or less distant from and measured at right angles to <br /> the South right-of-way margin of said 17th Street; thence <br /> Westerly being 17.0 feet more or less distant from and <br /> parallel to the South right-of-way margin of said 17th <br /> Street to a point of intersection with the Southerly projected <br /> East line of Lot 20, Block 324, Riverdale Park Addition according <br /> to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 45, <br /> records of Snohomish County, Washington, said point also <br /> being the true point of beginning; thence continue Westerly and <br /> parallel to said South right-of-way margin to a point of inter- <br /> section with the Southerly projected East line of the North-South <br /> alley within Block 325 of said Riverdale Addition; thence South <br /> along the Southerly projected East line of said alley of said <br /> Block 325, to a point on the North line of Lot 32, Block 397 of <br /> said Riverdale Park, said point being 120 feet West of the North- <br /> east corner of said Lot 32, and the terminus of this description. <br /> The City of Everett further retains the right to grant to public and private <br /> utilities the right to construct, operate, maintain, repair and replace utility <br /> lines, including but not limited to telephone, gas and electrical, under, over <br /> and across the above described easement. <br /> Section 4: <br /> Upon fulfillment of any conditions recited herein, this ordinance shall <br /> be recorded with the Snohomish County Auditor. <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ee' <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> Passed: /c 9 9 <br /> Valid: S7-a8- 97 <br /> Published: r_l.,9, <br /> 3 <br />
