THAT Sections 3, 5 and 7 of Ordinance No. 540-78 are hereby amended as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 3: Authorization is hereby given to construct curb <br /> cuts in the downtown area, and provide for improvements to the <br /> Garfield Park and Riverdale Park. <br /> Section 5: The total estimated cost of the improvements <br /> herein authorized is $486,497, which will include all cost related <br /> to design, construction, contract administration, plan develop- <br /> ment, and associated costs. <br /> Section 7: <br /> A. The sum of $486,497 is hereby appropriated to Fund No. 329, "1978 <br /> Block Grant Neighborhood Improvements" as follows: <br /> 1.
