to submit a transportation demand management plan for approval of the city engineer as set forth in <br /> Section 34.080. <br /> 2) Parking Area B <br /> At the discretion of the city engineer, required off-street parking for non-residential uses may be reduced <br /> up to 25%from the requirements set forth in Table 34-1.The reduction may be granted upon approval of <br /> a transportation demand management plan(see Section 34.080),together with a finding that the off- <br /> street parking reduction will not cause a significant adverse impact on adjoining neighbors, residents or <br /> business. <br /> B. Historic buildings and sites <br /> Structures and sites that are individually listed on the Everett Register of Historic Places shall be exempt from all <br /> parking quantity requirements. <br /> C.
