August 29, 2018 <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7284 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,657,532.78 for the period of August 11, 2018, through August 17, <br /> 2018. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Tuohy who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — METRO EVERETT & OFF-STREET PARKING: <br /> President Roberts opened the consolidated public hearing regarding <br /> Council Bills 1807-25, 1807-26, 1807-27, 1807-28, 1807-29, 1807-30, <br /> 1807-31, and 1807-32. <br /> President Roberts thanked the public for their participation and the work <br /> completed by City staff. <br /> David Stalheim, Planning, provided a review of the amendment package <br /> being presented this evening for final public hearing consideration. <br /> President Roberts invited public comment. <br /> Rhonda Hilyer, representing Ideal Option, stated the clinic has secured a <br /> new space and is withdrawing its previous request to occupy space at 2808 <br /> Hoyt Avenue. <br /> Don Hopkins, Everett, spoke about security concerns around the property <br /> occupied by the Everett Elks Club. <br /> 274 <br />
