September 5, 2018 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Marilyn Quincy, representing the Snohomish County Black Heritage <br /> Committee, spoke about the mission of the organization and thanked the <br /> City and council members for their continued support for the annual Nubian <br /> Jam festival and Martin Luther King Day events. <br /> Carol Gogarty, Everett, commented on the naming process for Everett's <br /> newest park to be located in the Glacier View neighborhood and <br /> recommended "Glacier View Sunrise" as the name for the new park. <br /> Dwain Serjeant and Barbara Bates, both of Everett, spoke about challenges <br /> in finding long-term parking space for their truck and camper residence. <br /> Police Chief Dan Templeman spoke about the complexities of finding a safe <br /> place for people living in RVs and cars.
