The highest bid submitted came in at$8,717,821.70. <br /> The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost is $8,167,955.94. <br /> There are no supplemental bidder requirements associated with this project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Award the Contract for the construction of the Water Pollution Control Facility Final Effluent North <br /> Chlorination Building Upgrade Project to IMCO General Construction,Inc.in the amount of$7,733,718.36, <br /> including Washington State Sales Tax. <br /> 47 <br />
