Upon annexation of the above described <br /> property, all of said property shall be assessed and taxed at the same rate <br /> and on the same basis as other property located within the City of Everett <br /> is assessed and taxed, to pay for any then outstanding indebtedness of the <br /> City of Everett contracted prior to or existing at the date of this annex- <br /> ation. In addition, the annexed area will remain responsible unto any <br /> other lawfully formal municipal corporation to which the property is <br /> obligated at the time of annexation subject to a specific lien. Further, <br /> the City of Everett may incur additional operating expenses in supplying <br /> water or sewage unto persons who are located within annexed area.
