Accessory storage yards for equipment machinery or <br /> materials. <br /> F. ADMINISTRATION <br /> The Building Official shall administer and enforce this Chapter. <br /> 1. Shoreline Permit Required <br /> All permitted and conditional uses within the Floodway and <br /> Flood Fringe Districts which also meet the requirements for <br /> a Shoreline Permit shall obtain said permit prior to <br /> construction. Compliance with Flood Plain requirements <br /> shall be addressed within the scope of the shoreline permit <br /> process. <br /> 2. Projects in the Floodway and Flood Fringe not under the <br /> jurisdiction of the Shoreline Permit Process shall be <br /> reviewed as follows: <br /> a. Permitted Uses, upon compliance with this Chapter <br /> shall be issued a Flood Zone Permit from the Building <br /> Official prior to erection, addition, or alteration <br /> of any building or structure; and prior to a change <br /> of use of a building, structure, or land; and prior <br /> to a change or extension of a non-conforming use. <br /> The Flood Zone permit shall be issued at the time a building <br /> permit is issued, for those activities not requiring a shoreline <br /> permit. <br /> -10- <br />
