District III A, M-M, M-1 and unclassified uses <br /> 6 <br /> 7 d. EMERGENCY WORK means work made necessary to restore property to a <br /> 8 safe condition following a public calamity, work required to protect persons or property <br /> 9 from imminent exposure to danger, or work by private or public utilities for providing or <br /> 10 restoring immediately necessary utility service. <br /> 11 e. GROSS COMBINATION WEIGHT RATING (GCWR) means the value <br /> 12 specified by the manufacturer as the recommended maximum loaded weight of a <br /> 13 combination vehicle. <br /> 14 f. GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT RATING means the value specified by the <br /> 15 manufacturer as the recommended maximum loaded weight of a single vehicle. <br /> 16 g. MOTORCYCLE means any motor vehicle having a saddle for the use of <br /> 17 the rider and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the <br /> 18 ground, except farm tractors and such vehicles powered by engines of less than five <br /> 19 horsepower. <br /> 20 h. MOTOR VEHICLE means any vehicle which is self-propelled, used <br /> 21 primarily for transporting persons or property upon public highways and required to be <br /> 22 licensed under RCW 46.16.010. (Aircraft, watercraft, and vehicles used on rails or <br /> 23 tracks are not motor vehicles as that term is used herein.) <br /> 24 i. NEW MOTOR VEHICLE means a motor vehicle manufactured after <br /> 25 December 31, 1976, the equitable or legal title of which has never been transferred to a <br /> 26 person who, in good faith, purchases the new motor vehicle for purposes other than <br /> 27 resale. <br /> 28 j.
