That Article 12, Sections 12.101 through 12.106 inclusive be, and is 4 hereby amended by deleting in its entirety. 5 Section 32. That Section 15.201 (a) of the Uniform Fire Code be, and is hereby 6 amended by deleting: 7 The storage of Class I flammable liquids in above-ground tanks outside of 8 buildings is prohibited within the limits established by law as the limits of the districts in which such storage is to be prohibited. 9 and inserting in its place: 10 The storage of Class I flammable liquids in above-ground tanks outside of 11 buildings is prohibited within Fire Zone No. 1 and 2. 12 Section 33. That Section 20.2, Part I, Administration, of the Uniform Plumbing 13 Code be, and is hereby amended by deleting: 14 Section 20.2 - Duties and Powers of the Administrative Authority 15 (a) The Building Official may appoint such assistants, deputies, inspectors or other employees as are authorized to carry out the 16 functions of the department and this Code. 17 Right of Entry 18 (b) Whenever necessary to make an inspection to enforce any of the provisions of this Code, or whenever the Administrative Authority 19 or his authorized representative has reasonable cause to believe that there exists in any building or upon any premises, any 20 condition which makes such building or premises unsafe as defined in this Code, the Administrative Authority or his authorized 21 representative may enter such building or premises at all reasonable times to inspect the same or to perform any duty 22 imposed upon the Administrative Authority by this Code; provided that if such building or premises be occupied, he shall first present 23 proper credentials and demand entry; and if such building or premises be unoccupied, he shall first make a reasonable effort to 24 locate the owner or other persons having charge or control of the building or premises and demand entry. If such entry is refused, 25 the Administrative Authority or his authorized representative shall have recourse to every remedy provided by law to secure entry. 26 "Authorized Representative" shall include the persons named in Section 27 202.2 (a) of this Code. 28 (c) No owner or occupant or any other person having charge, care of control of any building or premises shall fail or neglect, after 29 proper demand is made as herein provided, to properly permit entry therein by the Administrative Authority or his authorized repre- 30 sentative for the purpose of inspection and examination pursuant to this Code.
