That Section WAC 296-46-230 of the Department of Labor and <br /> 2 Industries Rules and Regulations for installing electric wires and equipment and <br /> 3 Administrative Rules as herein adopted be and is hereby amended by adding a new <br /> 4 Subsection (4) which reads as follows: <br /> 5 "All service conductors, meter bases, and service distribution panels must <br /> have the same rating. Flexible metal conduit may be used, by approval of <br /> 6 the Building Official, where the use of metallic conduit is impractical or <br /> where flexibility of connections are essential. All flexible conduit <br /> 7 exposed to the weather or corrosive atmosphere shall be seal tight except <br /> for mobile home installations. Bx shall not be used." <br /> 8 <br /> Section .51. SEVERABILITY. If any section or provision of this oridnance shall <br /> 9 <br /> be adjudged to be invalid, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of this chapter <br /> 10 <br /> as a whole or any section, provision or part not adjudged to be invalid. <br /> 11 <br /> Section 52.
