Section 3 <br /> The City Engineer of the City of Everett under the administration of the <br /> Mayor is hereby given the responsibility of providing for the design and <br /> construction of the new bridge. <br /> Section 4 <br /> Authorization is hereby granted to proceed immediately with the <br /> procurement of right-of-way for the new bridge structure. <br /> Section 5 <br /> The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is hereby authorized to issue <br /> construction warrants as funds are required, but not to exceed $69,600 <br /> to a local bank for interim construction financing at a reasonable rate <br /> of interest. <br /> Section 6 <br /> a. The sum of $69,600 is hereby appropriated to Fund "MAPLE HEIGHTS <br /> BRIDGE REPLACEMENT" for the purposes herein specified in the following <br /> manner: <br /> Phase II Design (FUND 321 PROGRAM 694) <br /> • Detail Design by Consultant $50,600 <br /> (Howard Needles Tammen & Bergendoff) <br /> • Right-of-Way 7,000 <br /> • In-house Engr. and Admin. 12,000 <br /> Total $69,600 <br /> b. Source of Funds <br /> Phase II Design <br /> • F.A.M. $55,000 <br /> • Gas Tax 14,600 <br /> Total $69,600 <br /> c.
