Section 107: Lewd Conduct <br /> 1. As used in this section, a "lewd act" is: <br /> a. an exposure of one's genitals or other intimate <br /> bodily parts; or <br /> b. masturbation; or <br /> c. urination or defacation. <br /> 2. A person commits the offense of lewd conduct if he or she <br /> intentionally performs any lewd act when he or she knows such <br /> act is likely to be observed by a person who is thereby <br /> reasonably offended or alarmed. <br /> 3. Lewd conduct is a Class B offense. <br />
