• <br /> • <br /> • Section 108 Prostitution Loi erin <br /> (1) As used in this section <br /> (a) "public place" is an area generally visible to public <br /> view and includes streets , sidewalks, bridges , alleys , <br /> plazas , parks , driveway: , parking lots, automobiles <br /> (whether moving or not) , and buildings open to the <br /> general public including those which serve food or drink, <br /> or provide entertainment, and the doorways and entrances <br /> to buildings or dwellings and the grounds enclosing them; <br /> (b) "commit prostitution" means to engage in sexual conduct <br /> for money but does not include sexual conduct engaged <br /> in as part of any stage performance, play or other enter- <br /> • <br /> tainment open to the public. <br /> • (2) A person commits the offense of prostitution loitering if he or <br /> she remains in a public place and intentionally solicits , <br /> induces , entices or procures another to commit prostitution. <br /> (3) Prostitution loitering is a Class B offense . <br />
