Section 109 Displaying Erotic Material <br /> (1) As used in this section 109 <br /> (a) "erotic material" shall mean stage performances , motion <br /> pictures, photographs , pictures , printed material and <br /> . other objects or matter, the dominant theme or effect of <br /> --which is sexual arrousal or sexual excitement. <br /> • <br /> (2) It is unlawful for any person , firm, corporation of association <br /> -to operate premises wherein erotic material is sold, dispensed, <br /> :shown , demonstrated, distributed, communicated or given • <br /> .away unless: <br /> (a) all doors to areas of the premises into which patrons , • <br /> t <br /> guests or visitors might gain access are unlocked and <br /> readily accessible at all times during business hours to . • <br /> law enforcement personnel in the performance of their <br /> --:duties; and <br /> •(b) the entire premises shall have, at least, minimum illum- <br /> ination generally distributed in all parts of the premises <br /> at all times when patrons , guests or visitors are allowed <br /> to enter or remain therein; and <br /> (c) any enclosure , cubicle or other area within the premises • <br /> which is used for viewing, selling, dispensing, showing, <br /> -demonstrating, distributing or giving away erotic material <br /> shall be of such construction or arrangement that it allows <br /> a person using it to be visible downward from the waist <br />
