Section 53 Interference With Property <br /> 1. A person commits the offense of interference with property , <br /> if with intent to cause substantial inconvenience to the <br /> owner or another person, and having no right to do so nor <br /> reasonable ground to believe he or she has such right, he <br /> or she tampers or interferes with the property of another <br /> which property has a value of $100 or less . <br /> 2. Interference with property is a Class B offense. <br />
