Section 54: Criminal Mischief <br /> 1. A person commits the offense of criminal mischief if: <br /> a. He or she commits interference with property <br /> and as a result thereof damages property in an <br /> amount exceeding $100 and not exceeding $250; <br /> or <br /> b. Having no right to do so nor reasonable ground to <br /> believe that he has such right, he intentionally <br /> damages the property of another of value of $250 <br /> or less; or <br /> c. Having no right to do so nor reasonable ground to <br /> believe that he has such right, he recklessly <br /> damages property of another in an amount not <br /> exceeding $250. <br /> 2. Criminal mischief is a Class A offense. <br />
