A person commits the violation of refusing to assist in firefighting <br /> operations if: <br /> (a) Upon command by a person known by him or her, <br /> -he or she unreasonably refuses or fails to assist <br /> in extinguishing a fire or protecting property <br /> threatened thereby; or <br />• -(b) Upon command by a person known by him or her <br /> -to be a fireman or peace officer , he or she intmitionally <br /> -and unreasonably disobeys a lawful. order relating <br /> to his or her conduct in the vicinity of a fire. <br /> 2.
