9 . Final acceptance of the public improvements shall be per <br /> City Subdivision Code Title 18 . <br /> 10. That the final development plan be developed by the <br /> architect involved in the preliminary plan. <br /> 11. That a restrictive covenant be attached to the lots which <br /> would allow only two vehicles per family to be regularly <br /> parked on the site and no recreational vehicles , or boats <br /> to be parked on the site. <br /> Compliance <br /> 1.
