No mop sink in included on the floor plan. A mop sink is required. The location of the mop sink must <br /> b2 shown on the floor plan. <br /> 2. It is unciear from the plans submitted whether or not the three-compartment sink has integral <br /> drainboards at each end. Three-compartment sinks must have integrel drainboards at each end. <br /> This must be shown on the floor plan. <br /> 3. Some inspection reports on record indicate that this facility also has a dishwasher. No dishwasher <br /> is indicated on the f�oor plan. If lhis establishment has cr is planning to install a dishwasher, the <br /> location of the dishwashzr must be shown on the floor plan. <br /> 4. No separation is indicated between the food preparation sink, Item #15, and the three-compartment <br /> sink, Item #25. A horizontal separation of at least 16 inches or a pony wali, from the floor to at least <br /> 16 inches above lhe sink basin, is required between the food preparetion sink and the three- <br /> compartment sink. The type of separation used must be shown on the iloor plan. The only <br /> acceptabie option to the pony wall, other than the 16 inch horizontal separation, is the use of a <br /> partition of at least 1 Y< inch in thickness (similar to the partilions in restroom stalls) from the floor to <br /> at least 16 inches above the sink basin of a material that is�vaterproof. If this option is used, it must <br /> also be shown on the floor plan along wiih an accurate description of the material to used and <br /> method used for installing and securing the this partition. <br /> 5. No separation is indicated between the handwash sink, Item #24 and lhe three-compaRment sink, <br /> Item #25. A horizontal separation of al least 16 inches or a vertical partition 16 inches in height is <br /> required between the handwash sink and lhe lhree-compartment sink. This must be shown on the <br /> floor plan. <br /> 6.
