Should tliere b� any major changes and/or additions to <br />-" your layout plan and equipment specifications, you must <br />notify the health department of the changes. <br />15) It should be pointed out that tlie health department approval <br />of the finished installation (equipment and facilities) is <br />subject to the final �ield inspection. Therefore, when ready, <br />you should call for the final inspection. The health <br />department taill make field checks of coastruction. <br />16) In 1980, the Snohomish Health District's Board of Health <br />established a plan review charge for revie�a of all layout <br />" plans and specifications. The fee schedule is $26.50 per <br />hour to a maximum of $300.�0 (1R33 revised fee schedule). <br />Your total review time is five (5) hours. Therefore, there <br />�oill be a$132.50 charge.
