Roberfs <br />Direcfor <br />On February 3, 2000, the City of Everer Planning and Community Development <br />Department sent you a letter regazding the landscaping necessary to brir.g the Everett <br />Chevrolet facility into compliance with the City of Everett zoning code standazds. It is <br />my understanding that you were going to attempt to document how the on-site <br />improvements did not exceed 35% of the assessed value of the existing structure, the <br />code standard triggering the nced for landscaping improvements. . We have not received <br />any such documentation to date. <br />Pleasepruvide the required documentation by May 12, 2000, or install the landscaping <br />identified in the February 3, 2000, letter.
