Roberfs <br />Director <br />On February 3, 200Q the City of Everett Planning and Community Development <br />Depariment sent you a letter regarriing the landscaping necessary to bring the Everett <br />Chevrolet facility into compliance with the City of Everett zoning code standards. It is <br />my understanding that you �vere going to attempt to documen� how the �n-site <br />improvements did not exceed 35% of the assessed value of th�: existing structure, the <br />code standard triggering the need for landsr,aping improvema;its. . We have not received <br />any such c�ocumentation to date. <br />Pleaseprovide the required documentation by May 12, 2000, or install ihe landscaping <br />identified in the February 3, 2000, letter.
