� <br />You may appeal this determination to the City Clerk at City Hall, 3002 Wetmore Avenue no later <br />than 10 working days from the date of tfie DNS by submittinb a written statement requesting an <br />appeal which sets forth the name and address of the person aggrieved, an explanation of why the <br />person is aggrieved, a clear and concise statement of the speafic issues for the appeal on a form <br />provided by the Planning Department, and a fee. You should be prepared ro make specific factual <br />objections.
