With the addition of the <br />following, the ple�s are approved. <br />1. A dual clieck valve backflow prevention device is required between the copper <br />water pipe and the carbonation device. <br />2. The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to <br />opening for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomish Heaith District must be notified. <br />A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business.
